246c360631 Reserve space for the PE header at the start of the .so file. 
Store the export table inside the data section so that sections can be
properly aligned.
Build the relay function table directly in the .spec.c file.
Moved relay debugging functions to relay386.c.

9ffd403001 Added .spec keyword 'mode' to allow creating built-in EXE modules. 
Use built-in EXE modules for WineLib apps (instead of ELF modules).

237e8e95b0 Fixed 32-bit module name handling to conform better to Win9x. 
Removed OFSTRUCT passing during process creation sequence.

281c927317 - got rid of all the internal MM tweaks to load builtin MCI 
drivers. They are all seen as drivers, loaded as DLLs and standard
  module loadorder is used to know which type to use (builtin vs
  native).
- first full working implementation of mmThread??? functions (to
  support gracefully native MCI drivers).
- support of mmShowMMCPLPropertySheet.
- fix of some heap validate bugs (thanks to Ulrich for reporting them).

317af320cf Optimized include/*.h: (recursively) include all headers needed by 
this .h file, but only those. Necessary fixes to a lot of .c files,
started optimizing "windows.h" away from some of them. Moved
GetCurrentTask prototype to wine/winbase16.h.
