Zebediah Figura f5a1e2bd87 winegstreamer: Support converting color spaces within the splitter filter. 
The idea being firstly that it's more efficient to handle this all within one
GStreamer pipeline, especially since we may need to be converting color
spaces anyway (for videoflip), and secondly that this renders obsolete the
color space converter transform filters in gsttffilter.c.

Zebediah Figura 7a0d963df3 winegstreamer: Don't hold the filter lock from the pad-added or pad-removed callbacks. 
These may be called from the streaming thread, so it's not safe to do so.

Nor does it seem necessary. We expect that no streaming thread should ever
call methods on our pad or pin, and as long as we hold the filter lock and
wait for the no-more-pads signal when connecting or starting the stream, we
cannot race with application threads.

Zebediah Figura bdc09fb8b4 winegstreamer/gsttffilter: Don't drop the streaming lock in Gstreamer_transform_ProcessEnd(). 
This sort of reverts 096da45036. The deadlock
mentioned there is not spelled out in detail, but likely results from the
streaming thread trying to acquire the filter lock while a main thread which
is holding the filter lock waits for the streaming thread to finish. However,
DirectShow documentation (and manual testing) suggests that the correct way
to avoid this problem is simply to never take the filter lock from the
streaming thread. Since we currently don't do this anymore, it should be safe
to reinstate this lock.

Zebediah Figura 9e015a2ad1 winegstreamer: Don't activate our source pad immediately after connecting. 
There's not any reason to do this here; this should be handled with state
change transitions. Since the pipeline is in the ready state, the only
effect this will have is push_data() trying to run and failing since the
decodebin sink pad isn't active.

This reverts commit 976ccb92ea.

This is what I get for not reading the documentation...if you call
g_error_free(NULL), it prints a nasty error message, which I am now
getting frequently.

Jan Schmidt adde9fadeb winegstreamer: Fix refcounting for videoflip. 
Creating an element and placing it in a bin gives overship of the
element refcount to the bin. Don't explicitly unref it after that.

Jan Schmidt 4aefacd162 winegstreamer: Do conversion before flipping. 
The videoflip element doesn't handle all formats, so some formats like
Intel Indeo 3 will cause errors and fail.

Add videoconvert before videoflip to do format conversion when it's
needed.

Once placed inside the container, decodebin will be managed and
destroyed by the container. There's no need to store it, or (especially)
unref it.

Andrew Eikum 6107b36e56 winegstreamer: Flip video output. 
Gstreamer handles video top-down, but Windows's dshow handles it
bottom-up. So let's insert a videoflip filter to fix the discrepancy
instead of relying on videorenderer to flip it like we did before.
