Hans Leidekker d1076aeab4 wininet: Don't increase index in HttpQueryInfo if requested level is HTTP_QUERY_STATUS_CODE. 
Some apps depend on this quirk because they don't reset the index
before subsequent calls to HttpQueryInfo.
