This has probably been caused by myself. *brownpaperbag*
- added GetVolumeInformation serial number bug-for-bug compatibility
- corrected Unicode labels (better CD-ROM handling in general)
- moved CD-ROM label detection code to misc/cdrom.c
- possible to use loopback mounted ISO9660 files
- init some uninitialised drive fields
- remove some unnecessary header includes
