cfbafe3247 Fixed a problem when the style is BS_BITMAP or BS_ICON: the bitmap or

e0ec8fd931 Fixes for several bugs in which portions of the scrollbar were not 
being redrawn correctly, the focus rectangle was not being correctly
removed from the thumb before redrawing, etc.; added complete Win9x
and WinNT look and feel support.
