Eric Pouech 66b4468bd4 Split driver functions into USER (16 bit part) and WINMM (32 bit part). 
Fixed some bugs in 16 bit part as well.
Now correctly parsing the system.ini extra parameters.

release it on a WM_RBUTTONUP
- Don't send WM_CONTEXTMENU on a WM_NCRBUTTONUP
