Added a close_handle method to the object operations, and use it to
implement registry notifications and the strange behavior of
CloseHandle on winstation/desktop handles.

The desktop of a new thread should be set from the process initial
desktop, not from the parent thread.
Fixed a couple of bugs in the desktop name handling.
