Juergen Schmied 23b808791e - changed STRRET definition 
- small changes for seperation of shell32 from ole32
- debughelper for printing interface names (shell internal)
- changed shell memory allocation to use IMalloc of ole32 when this
  library is already loaded
- fallback IMalloc internally in shell
- unified constructor syntax for several objects  created by DllGetClassObject
- rewrote instance creation for com objects
- made the desktop folder parsing paths like ::{CLSID}
- Implemented IPersistFolder3 partially

Sander van Leeuwen 4911d0bf3b - Save and restore current directory in GetFileDialog95W if 
OFN_NOCHANGEDIR flag set.
- GetFileDialog95W: only convert ofn->lpTemplateName if it's a string
  resource id (fixes OpenOffice 1.0 file open dialog crash).
- Ignore OFN_FILEMUSTEXIST flag for save file dialog (fixes save
  dialog in ElstarFormular).
- Rewrote casts that some compilers don't accept.

Jason Edmeades 235d82ee44 nitialDir handling and InitialFile handling now agrees with MSDN 
description, and testing on win2000 appears to agree.
ilename field not cleared when directory selected/clicked on.
OFN_NOVALIDATE field no longer causes traps, and appears to behave as
per w2k.

Juergen Schmied 3de41ceb42 - better error check when importing functions via GetProcAdress 
- replaced SHGetSpecialFolderPath (not aviable in all shell32 versions)
- changed call order when browsing to different folder (crash with native shell)
- removed Move call since IShellview_CreateViewWindow creates it already in
  the right rect

Juergen Schmied e2f4aefb38 - Rewrite of the shell related parts of the dialog to use the already 
in shell32implemented functions (ShellFolder/Path*). Eliminated direct
  file access.
- Replaced LoadLibraryA with GetModuleHandleA since comdlg32 is imports
  some dlls per *.spec file
- Most OpenFile Flags (OFN_*) should work properly now
- The edit box should work right with all stuff entered in it like
  ..\temp\file.txt or just c: to change a drive
- Optimized DataObject handling
- Some bugs fixed, should work with native shell32 again.
- Stubs for PrintDlgEx
