- ImageList_LoadImage{A,W} were basicaly a cut'n'paste of each
...
other. Removed the A variant and did a A->W translation.
- ImageList_LoadImageW: get the bitmap size from the image itself and
not from the mask (ImageList_LoadImageA did that).
