The Windows headers support for NONAMELESSUNION and NONAMELESSSTRUCT

is unusable. So don't force this mode. Instead check whether
NONAMELESSUNION and/or NONAMELESSSTRUCT are set (by the Wine headers)
and define custom access macros accordingly.
