Michael Kaufmann 5c6301a5c9 gdi: Fixes for the isotropic mapping mode. 
- Isotropic mapping mode: Adjust the viewport extension in
  SetWindowExtEx, handle negative extents.
- Support the isotropic mapping mode in the enhanced metafile driver.
- New tests.
