Make the error message about unexpected '#ifdef HAVE_XXX' clearer.

Changed the init code to make libwine load only ntdll and transfer
control to it, and then have ntdll load kernel32 using the normal
loader mechanisms.
Get rid of BUILTIN32_LoadExeModule.
