Louis Philippe Gagnon 13317c070f - Take the mouse capture on a WM_NCRBUTTONDOWN on the caption bar, 
release it on a WM_RBUTTONUP
- Don't send WM_CONTEXTMENU on a WM_NCRBUTTONUP
