Andrew Eikum 582b54329d dsound/tests: Don't perform ALAW test on secondary buffers. 
win2k supports it, winxp gives one error, vista+ gives another. This
isn't interesting behavior to test.

This reverts commit 7959778d3f.
This is not always the case on Windows.

Maarten Lankhorst b0cfbe81fa dsound: Restore old speaker config after tests. 
According to the documentation, only audio device vendors are allowed to 
call this function, so make sure we properly restore the old speaker config.
