Serge Ivanov 1db182f20b Added proper handling TVIS_OVERLAYMASK flag and allows to display 
overlay images. Fixed off by one error with listitem in
TREEVIEW_InsertItemA (uNumItems is 0 based, cChildren is a count).

Alex Priem f1a3f1752d - When processing WM_PAINT messages, the treeview might sometimes use 
the wrong hdc. Fixed.
- Better checking for TREEVIEW_INFO *infoPtr=NULL.
  Similar to code in toolbar.c
- Other small fixes (subclassed edit control).

Marcus Meissner de43ef45ec Fixed a lot of warnings using WINE_UNUSED, casts, commenting out and 
additional {}. Rewrote GetCreationModeFromSTGM so we don't get
"possible use of uninitialized variable".

Marcus Meissner 317af320cf Optimized include/*.h: (recursively) include all headers needed by 
this .h file, but only those. Necessary fixes to a lot of .c files,
started optimizing "windows.h" away from some of them. Moved
GetCurrentTask prototype to wine/winbase16.h.

Zygo Blaxell f861e2773c Change a few types to match you-know-who's declarations. 
HTREEITEM is a struct _TREEITEM FAR*
GetDIBits passes a LPVOID for the bitmap data, not LPSTR.
Adjustment of Wine C code to match the new types included.
