above change in IE.
- Remove unnecessary nHeight data.
- Remove duplicated code in Size by calling AutoSize.
- Remove unnecessary bAutoSize value because SetWindowPos doesn't
generate WM_SIZE when there is nothing to do on both Windows and
Wine.
