dxva2: Introduce progressive processor device.
...
The point is to provide a device, with similar caps and NV12 support,
while keeping software device on its own, the way it should be.
This is based on research by Derek Lesho.

dxva2: Remove AYUV from accepted input formats.

It was added for completeness only, and it appears to be not universally
support on Windows via regular d3d9 API. DXVA might be using different path
to present video frames, but we don't make such distinction at the moment.
