rpcrt4: Fix a file handle leak in RPCRT4_RPCSSOnDemandCall().
...
Also, RPCRT4_RpcssNPConnect() returns a file handle so treat it as
such by checking it against INVALID_HANDLE_VALUE and not NULL.
