Correct the agument count for RtlInitializeGenericTable().

Fix my own brown paper bag in RtlFillMemoryUlong().
RtlGetNtVersionNumbers() should never return < 5.
Remove RtlCopyMemory(), its not an ntdll export.
Implement RtlCompareMemoryUlong(), RtlComputeCrc32().
Documentation updates.
