- made IShellFolder a aggregable object

- SHCoCreateInstance can create CSIDL_FSFolder now
- browsing into folders on the desktop implemented
- corrected returnvalue of Ico_ExtractIconEx
- fixed SHGetDataFromIDList to return data of simple pidls
