- Parse DMStyle motifs (ie patterns) and bands (fill lists).

- Implement  IDirectMusicSegment8::InsertTrack and
  IDirectMusicSegment8::RemoveTrack (now EnumTrack GetParam, and
  GetTrack should be easy to do).
