- Changed LVM_SETITEMPOSITION -> LVM_SETITEMPOSITION32
          LVM_SETITEMPOSITION16 -> LVM_SETITEMPOSITION
- Added some missing structures and definitions to wingdi.h
- Added proper defines for GetCharWidthsXXX
- Added c++ protection to wingdi.h
