Added missing pointer types: Pxxx or LPxxx

Fixed the definition of FONTENUMPROC
Fixed typo: TA_RTLEADING is in fact TA_RTLREADING (right to left
reading I believe)
Added missing definitions: PC_TRAPEZOID
Use DUMMYxxxNAME for anonymous struct/unions in DEVMODE
