- Add a new flag SORFP_NOLIFETIMEMGMT to tell the proxy manager not to

call any IRemUnknown functions.
- Move the low-level unmarshaling code into a new function,
  unmarshal_object, so that it can be easily reused for unmarshaling
  IRemUnknown.
