crypt32: Improve undocumented functions.

- Test and implement I_CryptGetDefaultCryptProv (and correct its
  parameter list)
- I_CryptReadTrustedPublisherDWORDValueFromRegistry always initializes
  its out parameter, correct and show with a test.
