d3dx9/tests: Add D3DXSaveSurfaceToFileInMemory DDS header tests.

Also update the structure dds_header to be the same as d3dx9_36/surface.c.
Use (DDS_CAPS_TEXTURE | DDSCAPS_ALPHA) with a todo.
