msidb: Add support for adding stream/cabinet files to MSI databases.
msidb allows developers to add "streams" (cabinet files) to a database with the "-a" mode flag followed by a filename, example: msidb -d package.msi -a cabinet.cab Signed-off-by: Erich E. Hoover <erich.e.hoover@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Hans Leidekker <hans@codeweavers.com> Signed-off-by: Alexandre Julliard <julliard@winehq.org>
