- Made the message queue access to be thread safe. (Using two new

functions to access the message queue, QUEUE_Lock(), QUEUE_Unlock()
  instead of GlobalLock16()).
- Fixed QUEUE_DumpQueue (used by "info queue <handle>" with the
  wine-debugger).
