EDIT_WM_NCCreate allocates local heap if hasn't been previously
allocated.

mkdir now creates directory with permission to access it.
* [misc/dos_fs.c]
mkdir now creates directory with permission to access it.
DOS_opendir now uses linked list of dirents to avoid problems with
realloc changing address of malloced memory.
