WM_MDIACTIVATE(HIhwnd,LOhwnd) for WINELIB32. The ? parameter
(boolean) was discarded with this translation. Translated handler
of WM_MDISETMENU(ref,(loHMENU,hiHMENU)) to handle
WM_MDISETMENU(loHMENU, hiHMENU) messages in WINELIB32 (ref assumed
false, call DrawMenuBar() if desired).
