Considering filing a divorce from spouse. I Currently live in Nevada for work, but he is living in Alabama https://printabledivorce.com/alabama/. We were married in Alabama last year. Can I file here in Nevada? Or do I need to find a lawyer in Alabama and file in Alabama?

Also, since we’ve only been married under a year will I have to pay alimony?
